Incorporated in 1980 with a focus on life insurance and estate planning, Dehoney has since expanded from four employees to 20, and found our niche in group benefit plan consulting and administration.

Over the years, Dehoney has recruited employees from Canada's top insurance companies, giving us a solid base of expertise to assist our clients with innovative solutions to their benefit problems and to provide ongoing support and education.

Our president has more than 25 years of experience with group life and health plan consulting. Over the years, Jim has developed strong relationships with all of the major insurance carriers.
Jim's ability to focus on our clients' needs, and to deliver a level of service exceeding their expectations, has enabled the business to grow to what it is today. His depth of knowledge in all areas of our business makes him an excellent resource to our clients for all their insurance-related questions including individual, pension or group life and health.
Since 2001, Jim has earned the prestigous Top of the Table distinction from the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the world's premier association for sales professionals in the life insurance-based financial services business. MDRT members are accomplished, ethical professionals considered to be among the best in the world. Round Table membership is an exclusive honor achieved only by a small percentage of all life insurance and financial services advisors worldwide.
